Who am I?

I am a Sales Operations pioneer who established Sales Operations departments at two different major companies, both with sales in excess of $4 Billion annually.  I have worked in environments with few resources and multiple problems.  Both corporations had multiple CRM and finance systems.  I know how to bring data together and to give sales teams and management the reporting they need without wasting precious sales time.  I have been recognized with major innovation awards and sales contribution awards from my companies.

How do I operate?

In one word - electronically.  Meetings are a waste of your time.  While an occassional phone call may be needed for clarification, communicating electronically allows you to focus on your real job, selling.  I charge $100 an hour and I will fully scope the project prior to starting, this will allow you an accurate budget prior to deciding to proceed with JWN Enterprises on a Sales Operations project.
